FLOSS Show

FLOSS Show is a series of talks about FLOSS tools.

We call it show because, unlike tutorials, the purpose of the presentation is not to teach how to use some piece of software or to dive into technical details of a given programming language. Rather, the talk is meant to showcase existing tools and they capabilities, and encourage newcomers to give them a try.

Shows cover all kinds of resources from word processors, media editors, internet applications to programming languages, compilers and scientific software.

Talks will be offered regularly both at ICMCUSP and online.

The 2022 series of FLOSS Show is planed to start by mid march.
